Digital Product Policy

All our products are digital in nature and are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been delivered.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The user agent data was not delivered due to a technical issue on our part.
• The data was corrupted or incomplete and cannot be used as described.
• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing error.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact our support team within 3 days of your purchase at support@usersagent.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue

Please write in English language.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
